Please bring your own cooking supplies and culinary if you are planning for a large group. ★ LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and dryer included - Laundry detergent is not included, bring your own! ★ OTHER RULES & INFO - No smoking inside or around the exterior of the house ($1,000 smoking fee) - No pets allowed inside the home ($500 pet fee) - Cameras are located at entrances around exterior of the house for guest safety. - Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom washroom is not in service and not usable by guests. - Late check-out is not allowed. Check-outs that exceed 2 hours past the designated time will result in a full day calendar fee + without the right to stay on the property. - NO PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS ALLOWED. DO NOT ASK. Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings are subject to additional fees starting from $2,000.
