Valery and Damien welcome you to La Villa Orchidées, a charming one-story country house nestled in a residential area, a few steps from Maastricht. As lovers of our native region, the city of Maastricht, and nature, and as people who enjoy sharing our experiences and meeting new people, we launched our Airbnb in 2018. A rewarding adventure that has allowed us to introduce our region to our guests. Will you be next? rkvy8 The space Villa Orchidées is a single-story villa that is very easily accessible by car and has sufficient parking spaces. Decorated in a very cocooning style, the house is very welcoming, just like its hosts. It is surrounded by a large garden that is in bloom throughout the year, with a pond and a large terrace with garden table, garden furniture and deckchairs. You will have a private room located just at the entrance of the house and whose door can be locked, enough to ensure your privacy. The 10 m2 bedroom consists of a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m), two nightstands, a small desk, a wardrobe and storage drawers. It has two windows, each with interior blinds as well as exterior shutters that can be closed once night falls to plunge the room into complete darkness. We also provide you with a range of brochures and information booklets on things to see and do in the area. You will also find in the room your bath towels and slippers for moving around inside the house. A personal Wi-Fi network will also be available during your stay. Guest access In addition to your room, you will have access to the shared toilet and bathroom. A sink will be entirely reserved for you and the necessary hygiene products will be at your disposal. The shower will be at your disposal. Your reservation at La Villa Orchidées also entitles you to a continental breakfast (included in the rental price), made up of fresh products. This can be taken either on the veranda (overlooking the garden) or on the south-facing terrace when the weather permits. The veranda is also accessible during the day to enjoy the garden view. While in summer, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the terrace to read, chat with us or have a drink for example. Do you have bicycles? No problem, we can store them in our secure garden shed for the night. During your stay As hosts, we make it a point of honor to chat with our guests, to advise them on what they can discover or visit in the area. And we are always ready to respond to their specific requests as far as possible. As we love to travel and discover new horizons, the Airbnb experience is also an opportunity for us to travel through the cultures, customs, and discoveries that our hosts share with us. We are fluent in French, Dutch and English and have basic knowledge of German. Other things to note Animal lover? You'll love our little company. Nala is an adorable female Pekinese dog who will adopt you very quickly and may even keep you company during your breakfast. If the presence of a pet bothers you, we will obviously keep Nala at a distance.
