Welcome to my Inglewood house located on a quiet, tree-lined street! The interior is updated and has central heat and A/C. There is a pool and a nice outdoor space in the backyard to enjoy the LA weather. The house is located 5 minutes from the new SoFi Stadium, The Forum, and SpaceX, 10 minutes from LAX, and another few minutes from the beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, and bus lines are within walking distance and there is convenient access to freeways. Hope to see you soon! The space The inside of the house is renovated and has a clean look throughout. If you have to get some work done there is work space in one of the bedrooms. The living room and the back bedroom look out to the pool with direct access to the backyard. The walls in the backyard give off a relaxing vibe. The pool is maintained twice a week and available all year, although it might be a little cold depending on when you come. It can be heated for an additional fee paid in advance, unless the weather is just too cold to get the water temperature to a comfortable level. Please ask for details. There is a driveway with carport available that easily fits 2 cars. Guest access Most guests get rental cars or use ride shares but there are public transit options available within walking distance.
