Spectacular views from a cozy and welcoming home await you at Casa Marlis! Open plan living/kitchen area with dining space, a good sized bedroom with queen sized bed and wardrobe, and private garden. Please note that our property is only available for short term rental for tourism, no requests for long term stays please. The space Casa Marlis offers you a great starting point for trips to Switzerland, or a short drive to Lake Como. Lots of hiking, water activities....or just plain relaxing in front of the open French windows which create a terrace in your living room, or in the private garden. Two flights of stone steps lead to the house, which is not wheelchair accessible., and if you do not have a car, the village is reached by a picturesque yet steep climb from the lake. Washing machine on site. We also have a baby cot for infants. Chilly nights in fall, winter or spring will need the cozy wood stove. Wood is provided. Other things to note Please note that no smoking is allowed in this apartment, though it is allowed in the garden. We also do not accept any animals. There is a local tourist tax which is 1 euro per day, per person over 10 years of age from April to October. This must be paid on arrival. Guests with young children should note there is glass-fronted furniture on the property so extra care should be made to supervise them.
