Beautiful wine country guest suite and property in a stunning setting. 2 bedroom / 1 bath, sleeps 5. Located in the heart of Dundee Hills on 3 acres of picturesque farmland, offering a peaceful getaway and quick access to local wineries and restaurants. Private entrance, parking, wifi, fire pit (wood and smores kit provided!) , goats, creek, and much more to enjoy. Great for a couple's getaway, girls/guys weekend, family vacation, or personal retreat. A slice of heaven in wine country! The space The guest suite is attached to the main house and has a private entrance and provides ample privacy for guests. It includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a closet for luggage and clothing. Outside you have access to your private dock and fire pit which sits perched over the creek down the wood-chipped lighted pathway. The path is relatively steep and footing can be uneven, so be careful and use at your own risk (usually closed in winter season due to weather and muddy conditions). Enjoy the shared spaces-- picnic table and tractor in the garden, front porch, basketball hoop, patio with table and chairs. (These are shared spaces with my family although we give priority to you whenever you want them.) Feel free to walk around the property and say hi to the goats, and pick any fruit (apples, pears, plums) you want when in season. Please inquire if you have other questions about the space or property! Guest access If you enjoy a walk or a hike, there is a 2 mile loop to walk or jog on the country roads in the neighborhood. Also it's a 1 mile walk or drive to Harvey Creek trail. If you like a longer jog/run, let me know and I can point you to many loops and routes I do. :) For wine tasting, dozens of wineries are within 15 minute drive. I own and operate a wine tour company, so please inquire about this if you plan on visiting some wineries!
