46 Carters Rise offers a single room in a neat and friendly environment. A very quiet, peaceful and warm home. Comfortable bed for a good night’s rest. The space The house has three bedrooms. The single room is larger than a single room. There is a ready tea table in case you need to relax for a cup of tea or coffee in bedroom. Guest access Guests are free to spend time in the garden. Free kitchen and dining access. Restricted access to lounge and downstairs toilet as private area to host. During your stay Host may not be around at Check in unless it’s necessary. Guest can call me on mobile phone or text me if needed. Please do not knock on host door. Other things to note Meals are not provided. Guest can prepare simple meals in the kitchen as needed. Please tidy up after use. Guest not cleared as Airbnb guest is not allowed in the property and will be reported to Management as trespassing. Always leave key in the lock box prior to leaving the house and when checking out.
