The space The tranquility and rest that you can find in its fully equipped facilities, in addition to the personalized attention and advice, make this the best lodging option in the tourist capital of Santander. This room has a double bed, closet, nightstand, desk, and floor fan. 150 meters away you will find churches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, parking lots; 300 meters away the market square; 600 meters away the "El Puente" shopping center with shops, cinemas, food court, supermarket. Guest access Our guests can use the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area to enjoy their meals, as well as the indoor terrace and outdoor garden, both with a spectacular view of the city; indoor or outdoor showers, TV lounge, and free Wi-Fi. During your stay I will be available 24/7 to address your concerns or needs. Other things to note We are registered with the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Tourism of Colombia (RNT 57614), guaranteeing our service and attention. Guests have Hotel Assistance Insurance within the facilities of Caracol Casa Turística, during the time of stay. The day before the guests' arrival, I will ask them to digitally complete the Accommodation Registration Card in accordance with the government guidelines in Colombia, in which each guest (including the person responsible for the reservation) must register their information. I will also request a copy of the identity document of the person responsible for the reservation, of minors (if any), and of foreign nationals. This information will be required for the room to be handed over. Because it is located on a pedestrian street with steps, Caracol Casa Turística does not have parking; however, there are several safe and affordable public parking lots in the area around the house. If any of the travelers have mobility difficulties, I recommend checking with me about access before booking, as the house is completely flat but the street is sloped and has steps (see pictures).
