Located on the street side but not overlooked because the residence overlooks the street. An access code will be communicated to you so that you are completely free of your check-in and check-out time. The space Ideally located close to the road that will allow you to quickly reach the city center, Cancale or the expressway connecting Saint-Malo to Rennes. (the apartment is very well insulated and our main residence is located in the same way but we prefer to warn you that the 50 km/h speed limit on the road is temporary). Other things to note linen on request for those who cannot bring it (departure before 10 a.m. in case of supply of it, possible even at the last minute). First roll of toilet paper and first garbage bag provided, cleaning is to be done before your departure in order to leave the apartment as it was on your arrival. Cleaning option possible at €40 excluding dishes to be paid to the housekeeper on site that we will notify if you wish this option.
