A garden flat in a modern German designed house. Spacious rooms, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with all living areas having direct access to the garden. The space On the scarp edge of a small quiet village, with amazing views. Two miles from a relatively remote area of the river Thames, with easy walking access. The oldest bridge on the Thames, at Radcot, is 3 miles away. Yet easy access to civilisation and all the amenities of major cities such as Oxford and Swindon. The village is served by a regular bus service to both Oxford and Swindon. Bus stop is 5 mins walk. Guest access Access is via STEPS at the side of the house, from the parking area at the front of the house. Sorry, but really not suitable for people with mobility disabilities. Other things to note Owner has a dog, which will not normally be in the guest garden area unless she escapes! She may be in the front garden when guests arrive. If this is a problem please let me know in advance.
