The space Welcome to this charming house, where my husband did the major renovation work and I did the decor, so that you feel at home! It is a town house, located in Louviers, a 5-minute walk from all the shops in the center and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located in a quiet street, close to all town center shops and a stone's throw from public transport. Upstairs, the 2 spacious bedrooms and the shower room are bathed in light: - 1 master bedroom with a 180*200 bed, - 1 bedroom with a double bed of 140*190 + 2 beds of 90*190 Want to read, listen to music, play, relax, have an aperitif, cook... the ground floor will satisfy you: - living room side, a comfortable sofa, board games, TV or speaker are at your disposal - on the kitchen/dining room side, you can prepare delicious meals in a kitchen open to the dining room, fitted and equipped - In summer, the terrace and the garden will be an excellent place to have a barbecue (remember to take your charcoal)! The entrance will give you access to 1 WC. No stress: - You arrive from 4 p.m. and leave whenever you want before 10 a.m. using the key box! - When you arrive, the beds will be made. 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat, sponges, tea towel, hand towel, toilet paper, 1 coffee capsule per adult will be at your disposal. - For your comfort, in the cold season, the heating is managed remotely so that it is pleasant when you arrive! - You can park 1 vehicle in the garage entrance (or on the street depending on availability) Practical: - At the end of the street, you will find public transport which will allow you to get around the city center or surrounding areas (train station, Rouen, Evreux...) - 2 Markets, Place de la halle aux drapiers, are present on Wednesday and Saturday morning.
