Guest access The entire apartment is for full use - without restrictions. Other things to note -LOKAL FEE- Please note that upon arrival we are required to collect in cash a local accommodation tax, in accordance with Act. No. 565/1990 Coll., on LOCAL FEE. This fee is not included in the accommodation price and is transferred directly to the municipality. The amount of the tax is: 50 CZK/person/night The fee applies to all guests over the age of 18 who are not registered as permanent residents in the municipality. Thank you for your undrestanding and cooperation. - Please be advised that the host resrves the right to change an additional fee in case of excessive mess left in the aparment, including unwashed dishes or improper disposal of waste.
