Ideally located 30 meters from the port and shops, and 300 meters from the beaches The space Le Clos des Aigrettes is located in the heart of La Cotinière (Municipality of Saint Pierre d'Oléron). The apartments are single-story. European-standard cottages to accommodate wheelchair users. Studio 3 is functionally arranged, it has 1 sofa bed on the ground floor and a comfortable kitchen and bathroom, a double bed on the mezzanine (low height). A pleasant shaded terrace invites you to dream with Oléron products. Charming apartments, cocooning, for idyllic holidays! Large interior space, very bright, with simple and neat decoration. Not overlooked. Private terrace with garden furniture. Arrive stress-free, leave full of energy": this is our leitmotif. Indeed, to make the most of your stay, the beds are made and smell good on arrival as well as the cleaning is done after your departure. We try to provide our guests with all the practical amenities they may need. But in addition, we add comfort equipment; all of this naturally for your enjoyment. INFORMATION: - We provide a basket of basic food necessities, including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters. Tenants must properly maintain the rented premises during their stay, and upon departure, leave the premises as clean as they found them, In all cases, the household appliances (oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.) must be returned clean, the dishes washed and stored dry, as well as the kitchen worktops and tables. The municipality practices selective sorting: as such, you are invited to place plastics, food bricks, cans and boxes in the yellow bags, glasses in the dedicated glass box, same for papers in the garbage container, on the left side of the gate. Guest access Regarding parking for Airbnb guests, parking is private and secured by a gate. Each listing has a parking space. However, we cannot accommodate vans, pickups or vehicles over 3.5 tons. These vehicles will need to park outside our property. Each apartment also has a space to park bicycles on the terrace. Other things to note The price is "all-inclusive" and therefore includes: * Bed linens * Towels * Water and electricity consumption * Baby equipment (folding bed, high chair, and even the BB bathtub….): don't forget to specify this at the time of booking. * 3 Electric terminals available in our courtyard Rates:
• €0.30/kWh (calculated from the start and end of charging readings)
• Flat-rate option (on request):
 – Hybrid car: €4 per recharge, valid for a session up to 6 hours
 – 100% electric car: €8 per recharge, valid for a session up to 10 hours

Any connection and recharge must be declared and paid according to the reading or the package chosen.
In case of forgetting or non-declaration, a flat-rate contribution of €15 will be applied per session, in order to guarantee fair use for all.
