My two-room apartment is located on a cross street of Weserstraße in Neukölln. Many cafes, restaurants and bars are only a few minutes walk away. Despite this, the apartment is quiet, so you can sleep well. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. A bakery and a supermarket for groceries are nearby. So you can first have a relaxed breakfast on the balcony, and then go out to discover the city. The space My apartment is located on a quiet little street in Neukölln. It has a bedroom and a living room, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Two people can sleep in my large, 1.8 meter wide bed. From the living room you enter the balcony. All rooms have large windows facing southeast, so the apartment is very bright. On warm days you can have breakfast in the sun on the balcony. Because I live in the apartment myself and only sublet it when I am traveling, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Before your arrival, I make room in closets so that you can store your belongings. From the apartment you can reach the U- and S-Bahn stations Karl-Marx-Straße and Sonnenallee in a little more than 10 minutes. A bus stop with connections to Potsdamer Platz and Hauptbahnhof is about 5 minutes away. There is a charging point for e-cars directly in front of the door. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment: the bedroom, the living room, the balcony, the bathroom and the kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped and you can live there as if you were at home in Berlin. Because I only sublet the apartment when I travel and otherwise live in it myself, you will find my clothes, books and other things in the closets and shelves. But I'll make some space for you before you arrive. Other things to note There is usually plenty of free parking in the area. A charging point for e-cars is right outside the door. However, you can get around Berlin faster by public transport than by car. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-Straße are nearby, and a bus stop is just a few minutes away. You can make full use of the apartment, including internet. I do not own a TV. If you want to watch movies or series, you would have to stream them on your own device.
