Casa Cores operates as a full-time professional shared home, not a hotel or social hosting environment. Guests should expect a self-check-in, self-sufficient stay and review all house information prior to arrival. While assistance is available when necessary, I may not always be immediately available,as operations continue throughout the day. The space The house has five rooms and three bathrooms ( one is attached to one of the bedrooms room #5) This is a shared home with other Airbnb guests don’t expect the whole house This listing offers a quiet, independent stay at an affordable rate. Requests may be declined if they include incomplete profiles, no reviews, unclear plans, late-night submissions near quiet hours, or poor communication. We do not accept walk-ins. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Messages like “Hi, I’m here and need to check in ASAP” will not be approved. For safety and comfort, check-in may be refused if a guest arrives clearly intoxicated, disruptive, or unable to maintain basic hygiene standards. Clear communication is required to maintain a peaceful home. Heating & Safety The home is heated by a central heating system. Front rooms typically maintain temperatures around 65°F, while rear rooms average about 61°F. This range is intentional to manage humidity and moisture in our coastal climate. Portable or personal space heaters are not permitted due to fire safety regulations. Use of unauthorized heating devices may result in cancellation of the reservation. Kitchen access is limited to microwave use and small refrigerator storage only. No cooking or extended kitchen use is permitted . It needs to be very briefly. Guests needing full kitchen access may prefer our separate mother-in-law unit (check availability on the app). The living room is not available to guests. Host interaction is minimal and limited to matters related to the stay.
