The Green House on the Pinard Bridge

In the heart of Semur, this former winemaker's house of more than 130 m² combines charm and history with its period tommettes, exposed beams and authentic stone walls. Its open views of the medieval towers, the Pinard bridge and the Armançon are arguably the most beautiful in the city — breathtaking views also from the garden... Spacious, comfortable and ideally located, it welcomes families, couples or stays with friends. Sleeps up to 10 persons upon request The space The house opens onto an entrance that distributes the different spaces. You will find a very well equipped American kitchen with a bar, ideal for cooks, open to the living and dining room. The large, cozy and comfortable living room has a quality sofa bed, which can be partitioned by a curtain for privacy. A pellet stove right across the street from the couch creates a warm atmosphere, ideal for quiet evenings. A flat screen TV corner gives access to Canal+, Netflix, Disney+, Paramount, etc. A piano is also available (if you know how to play it!) The furniture,, adds a touch of character and comfort to each room. The windows, present in each space, offer an exceptional view of the Armançon and the Pinard Bridge, for a unique and soothing setting. Upstairs, an open space accommodates two single beds, a library, and games for children. This space serves two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a single bed. Extra single beds can be added upon request. Bathroom with bath, separate WC. Sheets and towels are provided, and beds are prepared upon arrival. Also access to the garage with laundry area: dryer, washing machine and dryer. An enclosed garden and not attached but only a short walk away offers a wonderful view of the city. A private parking space is available in the cul-de-sac. Check-in from 15:00: the house is open, the keys are placed on the table with the instructions. Check out no later than 11am. Guest access To get to the house, you can arrive either by the Pont Pinard, a historic bridge that offers a nice view of the Armançon, or by the national road which is a little higher up. Once there, you will arrive on a quiet and picturesque street, lined with old houses typical of Semur-en-Auxois. The house is located in a discreet cul-de-sac, guaranteeing tranquility, but remains close to the historic center and its amenities. You will easily find a private parking space in the cul-de-sac, just next to the entrance. Other things to note My house is conveniently located in Semur, only 5 minutes from downtown, while being quiet. It offers great amenities and a large space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Semur is the perfect base from which you can discover the area. The city is located between Beaune, Dijon, and the Paris/Beaune/Lyon road. Morvan and its lakes are a short drive away. Here you can enjoy many walks, visit castles, explore medieval villages… and find activities for the kids. Lake Pont, with its water activities, is only 3 km away, accessible by a bike path. You will also find the Museoparc, the pool, the zoos, and many other attractions that will fill your days. While enjoying the calm of the countryside, you will have access to all the local shops: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, independent bookstores... Semur-en-Auxois, with its timeless charm, cobblestones, the sound of Armançon and its varied walks, will offer you both moments of relaxation and cultural discoveries. The city offers many festivals throughout the year, as well as a theater and cinema for culture lovers. Its rich and varied historical heritage is a real invitation to explore. IMPORTANT linens and bath towels are provided, beds prepared. But cleaning is not included in the rental of the house. Check-in is from 3 pm: the house is open, the keys are on the table with instructions. Check-out is at 11:00 AM maximum.
