The house in which our Bed & Breakfast is included is located in the hilly area of San Benedetto del Tronto, its location makes it easily connected to the center, its promenade, rich in its famous palm trees and its very long beaches. The space Our B&B consists of an elegantly furnished apartment of about 65 square meters, with underfloor heating, parquet and independent entrance, consisting of a living room entrance with a kitchen at the complete disposal of our guests, 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double "Corallo" with an en-suite bathroom and with the addition of a bunk bed and the other double/twin "Madre Perla" with a private bathroom adjacent to the room, the latter also equipped with an outdoor terrace. Guest access It is spread over a single raised ground floor. It has a garden of about 800 square meters where there is the private entrance of the owners. The B&B area is located in a sector framed in the entire house, with an INDEPENDENT entrance and a flight of stairs that leads to the small access porch, reserved exclusively for guests. During your stay The owner, Mrs. Adele and her daughter Carlotta, will be ready to answer any questions and/or provide any information useful for your stay. Other things to note In addition to the keys to the house, our welcome guests will also be given the keys to the entrance gate of the property so that they can enter and exit in complete autonomy.
