Our sleek and cosy 2 bedroom (+ living room sofa bed) and 2 bathroom flat is conveniently located by Northern Quarter in Manchester. The space Welcome to our home! This flat is located 5 mins walk to the Northern Quarter and rest of the City Centre. Located on the 3rd floor in a modern block with lift, this flat is perfect base for business travelers, tourists, and families! The bright living room is fitted with sofas, a TV and a dining table. The open and modern kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven and fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. We provide a kettle and toaster as well. Have a good night's rest in the double beds (Emma Mattress - medium/firm). Each room has ample cupboard space so you can make yourself right at home! There are 2 bathrooms available (one is en-suite). A fan, black out curtains and mirror are also provided. ! This home is also complete with hotel-quality linen, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! Enjoy your stay! Guest access You will have full access to the property for the duration of your stay. Other things to note This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
