Comfortable family house in Haarlem

Comfortable family house in Haarlem, recently renovated with large living room, a fully equipped kitchen. Dining table with 6 chairs. In the scullery, next to the kitchen, there's a washing machine and an extra fridge. At the first floor we have 1 master bedroom, a children bedroom with a single bed and underbed, a smaller room with desk, a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. On the second floor we have 1 room with a single bed and underbed. The space Our house is equipped with every comfort. Parking is free in front of the door. The garden faces south, with terrace, a trampoline and swing. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice playgrounds nearby, for daily groceries the stores are within walking distance. The beautiful center of Haarlem is close by, as are the beach and the dune area, the Kennemer dunes. HALL Upon entering, you will find a spacious hall with enough space for all coats and shoes. In the hall you will find the toilet and a pantry. From the hall, the stairs go up. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped, such as an induction hob, fridge, freezer, combi oven and a separate island with faucet and sink, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, blender, citrus press and food processor are provided. LIVING ROOM The open kitchen is adjacent to the spacious living room and dining room with dining table for 6 people. Watching television is via NL ziet and Netflix. In the cupboard, there are plenty of board games and drawing/crafting supplies. GARDEN From the dining room, you walk through the French doors to the south-facing garden. In the garden, there is a lounge set and a folding dining table. At the back of the garden is the trampoline and there is a possibility to hang up the swing. For BBQ fans, there is a Weber BBQ. SECOND FLOOR On the first floor are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and double sink. There is another separate toilet on the landing. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 200x220. The other room is used as a spacious children's room with a single bed, which can be pulled out for an extra sleeping space. The third room is currently in use as a workplace. THIRD FLOOR On the third floor is another bedroom with a single bed, with a pull-out bed underneath. On the landing there is a dryer and ironing board with iron. We will keep the back room on this floor private. That's where we store our belongings so that we can also clear out some of the cabinets for your stay.
