Description
The guest studio offers a private contemporary space to launch your explorations of beautiful Gig Harbor. Walk downtown and enjoy the restaurants, tasting rooms and events. Steps to parks, Cushman Trail, boat and kayak rentals, and more. Coffee, tea, and light snacks provided. Just minutes to Hwy 16 for access to surrounding areas. The space The studio is connected to the detached garage of our home. The space is contemporary and tastefully decorated. Heated tile floors keep things warm and a ceiling fan cools things down. The queen size bed is comfortable with cotton sheets and a light down comforter. Extra blankets are available in the armoire. The high top table is a wonderful place to sit and check email or just gaze out the window at passing pedestrians. There is a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and hot water kettle. Filtered bottles of water are available in the refrigerator and ice cubes in the freezer. A single serve Keurig coffee maker is available with Starbucks Pike Place coffee and Tazo Zen tea. It is easy to use and directions are next to the machine. Light snacks are available. The bath offers a walk in shower and single vanity. A pocket door offers privacy from the main room. Towels hang from simple hooks and extra towels are available in the lower drawer of the vanity. The wall TV is equipped with apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime. We do not have cable. Feel free to use your personal log ins. We'll delete them while cleaning up in case you forget to log out. Guest access The studio is private and attached to our garage. Guests may also want to sit in the sun in the back yard. Let me know, we have plenty of chairs available. Other things to note Being close to downtown is such a convenience! Tides Tavern is just down the street, as is Kettle Fish, Brix 25, and our personal favorite, Millville Pizza.
