A self-contained and stylish Studio offering abundant sunshine. Nestled on a hillside, it boasts a small balcony with stunning sea views. The natural surroundings make it a perfect retreat for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts alike. Fully equipped with its own living space, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Note that the Studio is attached to the same building as our home but with its own private entrance. We are on a hill and offer a sloped drive for parking. Your tranquil escape! The space Open plan Studio with stunning sea views and LOTS of sun. Private deck among blue gums and native trees. 5 mins downhill walk to beach, 40 mins walk to Diamond Harbour along bush track and 40 mins drive to Christchurch City Centre. The Studio is attached to the main house although concealed and set privately with its own access. Meet and Greet upon arrival or let yourself into the Studio if we are not around. Peace and tranquillity. Native birds with colourful song - bellbird and grey warbler. Diamond Harbour Ferry 10 min drive. Leaves every hour on the hour. Travels to Lyttelton and back. Public buses to the city from Lyttelton. The price includes Power, WiFi and a full range of linen. Guest access 15 metres down our Private Right of Way named 'The Outlook', situated on down side of road. Direction signage stating house number can be seen from private right of way. The parking is on a hill and it is a slope. We provide a specific section of our driveway for guest parking. Beach access - 5 mins walk, walking tracks around the Cliff Track.
