You have private entry access with all the amenities you need. There’s cafes and restaurants only minutes walk away. There’s a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and all the other basic kitchen appliances you’ll need. King bed, and a portable cot, air con/heater, washer/dryer, bath, shower, toilet and a large wardrobe. The space This home is an iconic building in Mermaid Beach. Newly renovated and tastefully furnished. This is the best part of the Gold Coast. Positioned just a few steps across the road from the beach, you can't get much closer. Only 5 minutest from the Broadbeach nightlife, the amazing world class Pacific Fair and Casino and a short drive if you fancy to experience the tourist hub of Surfers Paradise. There are busses a short walk to the Gold Coast highway so it is easy to get around and great health conscious cafes a stroll down the road to Nobby's beach, including my favourite BSKT. Guest access You have your own private access via the driveway and back gate.
