The house is conveniently located near a metro station (DR Byen, a 5-minute walk), and Copenhagen’s attractions are within cycling distance. The space The house serves as our home, so the kitchen is fully equipped for everyday household needs, including various kitchen appliances. The house features both a dining room and a living room. The dining room has access to a raised wooden terrace, which leads down to the garden. The house has three levels; basement, ground floor, and 1st floor and comes with a total of four bedrooms: - **Bedroom 1 (1st floor):** King bed (180 x 200 cm) - **Bedroom 2 (1st floor):** Double bed (140 x 200 cm) - **Bedroom 3 (1st floor):** Single bed (90 x 200 cm) - **Bedroom 4 (basement):** Double bed (140 x 200 cm) Bed linen, towels, dish towels, and cloths are included. The house has two bathrooms: one on the first floor with a bathtub and one in the basement with a shower, which also includes a washing machine and a dryer. The house is heated with district heating but also has wood-burning stoves in both the living room and the basement. The terrace is furnished with a garden table, four chairs, and a Weber grill. In the backyard, there is another garden table with four chairs, a ping-pong table, a large trampoline, and a handball goal. The house has a carport with space for one car. On-street parking is time-limited (3 hours on weekdays). Nearby, there is a small playground with a basketball hoop, a slide, and other play equipment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for a small room in the basement, which is for private use. Other things to note The house has stairs leading to both the basement and the first floor, as well as from the front yard to the entrance door and from the elevated terrace to the back garden.
