A studio, boutique hotel style last renovation December 2025 A stylish studio with balcony and by the park. it has 1 bed Queen size, fridge , great shower. Top location, by Dizingoff center and the Carmel market , also few minutes walk from the beach. nothing not more central than this location. we have common kitchen as a service to our guests . The highlight of the complex is the amazing common Rooftop, created like a garden, 1st time something like that exist in Airbnb world. The space All designed and planned by the best designers and architect, all small details are inside the studio. ceiling fan, A/C for heat and cold, streaming TV, specious shower and toilet, 100% shade when you close the curtains and shades . The bed is amazing, you will sleep like a baby, also 4 pillows, treating blanket and very fine quality sheets. Other things to note Respect House Rules: Guests are kindly asked to follow all house rules. If any rules are broken, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately, without refund. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be required to cover potential damages. VAT Policy: *Israeli Citizens: Please note that prices do not include VAT. If you are an Israeli citizen, VAT will be added to your total. *Tourists: No VAT is required if you provide a passport copy and green slip in advance.
