This is a private, compact studio (approximately 180 sq ft) with its own bathroom, located in a beautiful Spanish Colonial–style building built in 1926, originally a 300+ unit hotel. You will have the entire unit to yourself. The space is thoughtfully set up for comfort and convenience — a perfect home base for enjoying Palm Beach. For arrival, the unit is stocked with: • Clean sheets • Towels • Basic soaps and paper products These are typically sufficient for a 3–5 night stay, but usage varies by guest. If you need: • Additional towels → available for an added fee with at least one day’s notice • Additional cleaning → can be arranged at an extra cost There is also a coin-operated laundry room in the building for your convenience.
