The space Our home offers the perfect balance between rustic charm and comfort, creating a cozy atmosphere for families and groups of friends. The house features 3 comfortable suites, all with private bathrooms and hot showers: Suite 1 offers a king-size bed and a single bed. Spacious, simply decorated, with a welcoming feel and plenty of natural light. Suite 2 has a double bed and a single bed. The rustic and airy setting ensures full comfort. Suite 3 includes a comfortable double bed. It’s perfect for couples looking for a more private and peaceful place to relax. There's also another bedroom upstairs, along with the home office, which features a double bed and a single bed. We provide bed linen for all beds, as well as bath towels (1 per guest) and hand towels (1 per bathroom). In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, the house also has a guest half-bathroom to make your stay more practical and comfortable. The dining room is filled with natural light and comfortably seats all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, and utensils to prepare any meal with ease. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, outdoor area, garden, terrace with a view of Praia Grande, barbecue area, and garage. The property is located inside a gated residential condominium with controlled access. Therefore, it is mandatory to send the identification documents of all guests and the vehicle being used. The first access to the house depends on the presence of the caretaker, who will be available to welcome guests at check-in and guide them to the property. Access is not automatically granted, and there is no self check-in. Arrival must take place by 9:00 PM, as agreed with the condominium administration. This is necessary for logistical reasons. Arrivals after this time will not be possible, and we recommend planning for the next morning if needed. During the stay, guests are free to move around all areas of the house. Access to the condominium’s common areas, such as other houses and private facilities, is not permitted. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Before completing your reservation, please carefully read all the information below and review the listing photos. Many common questions can be answered directly in the content of the page. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT - Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. If early access is possible, we will let you know on the day of arrival. - Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM sharp. No exceptions. - The only way to guarantee early check-in or late check-out is by booking the previous or following night, with an additional daily rate. ACCESS TO THE HOUSE - The house does not offer self check-in. Entry depends on the presence of the caretaker, who is responsible for granting access, opening the condominium gates, and guiding guests. Therefore, check-in must be completed by 9:00 PM. - Guests cannot enter the house after this time due to logistics. If your arrival is after 9:00 PM, we recommend planning to enter the house the next morning. - Complete arrival instructions will be sent via chat on the check-in day. NUMBER OF GUESTS & CONDUCT - The number of guests must match the reservation and may not exceed the house's capacity. - From the 6th guest onward, an additional fee of R$50 per person, per night applies. This amount is automatically added to the total reservation cost when the correct number of guests is entered at the time of booking. - Children are welcome! From age 2, they must be included in the guest count. - Parties, events, or unregistered visitors are not allowed. - A fine of up to R$1,000 may apply for breaking occupancy rules or inappropriate behavior. PETS - Pets are allowed. HOUSE RULES - Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. - Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including cigarettes, electronic devices, or any other product). LINENS & BASIC ITEMS - We provide clean, sterilized bedding for all beds in the reservation. - Each guest receives 1 bath towel; each bathroom has 1 hand towel. - Towels are for indoor use only — they may not be used at the beach or outside the property. We also provide a few welcome basics: - 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom - 1 container of sugar - 1 container of salt - 1 container of ground coffee These items will not be replenished during the stay. Additional supplies are the guest's responsibility. DOCUMENTS & COMMUNICATION For security reasons, we require photo IDs for all guests to be sent in advance via the platform chat. This is required by the condominium for guest authorization. Check-in will only be allowed after documents are received. - Our support team is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, exclusively via platform chat. CLEANING & HOUSE CARE - Cleaning is provided before check-in and after check-out. - Guests are expected to treat the house with respect. Excessive mess or damage may result in a fine of up to R$1,000 to cover cleaning or repair costs. Please remember this is a vacation rental, not a hotel.
