Rural House with capacity for 10 people in its 5 en-suite rooms. Located in Layos next to the Layos Golf Club, just 10 minutes from the Imperial City of Toledo and the largest History Theme Park, Puy du Fou Spain Typical two-story village house with a beautiful and relaxing outdoor patio. Its restoration revealed its magnificent original stone walls and wooden ceilings, which give it a very warm and cozy atmosphere. The space This rural accommodation is located in Layos, a small municipality located south of Toledo. It is a town with a population of around 600 inhabitants. It is an old house that when it was rehabilitated uncovered some of its beauties such as beautiful original stone walls or wooden ceilings. It has a capacity for a maximum of 10 people. The house can be rented by room or in its entirety. And it is characterized by having all of the following: • Bedrooms: It consists of a total of 5 double rooms that can contain a double bed or 2 single beds together. These rooms are decorated in a rustic style in which elements such as pure wood furniture or forged elements predominate in the atmosphere. It has walls painted with beautiful yellow stucco and some of them, ceilings crossed by original wooden beams from the time the house was built. All bedrooms are spacious and very bright. • Lounge: We provide our guests with a perfect lounge in which they can rest, enjoy the warmth of a comforting fire in our fireplace or even chat with other guests. It is fully furnished, very bright and has a fireplace, television, board games, among others. We also have a living room that is perfect for organizing meetings and events and can even be used as a dining room. • Kitchen: It retains an area with old stone walls and another area that has been tiled with white tiles. It is equipped with white furniture, all the basic appliances as well as the kitchen utensils that we believe you may need to prepare delicious dishes. • Bathrooms: All rooms have a private and complete bathroom. The bathrooms have all the basic toiletries, shower and towels. • Exterior: The house has a large central courtyard with a cobbled floor and is decorated with a variety of plants. It also has garden furniture so you can relax outdoors, enjoy a rich breakfast and endless alternatives.
