FAMILIES ONLY - Daphne's house is a traditional independent house of 135 sqm in the center of Chania, ideal for short-term rentals to families, as it can host up to 10 people. It consists of five bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room with a sofa. It also has a small garden with a terrace, a parking space in an enclosed inner courtyard and a patio. Indoor Layout: Upon entry, you are greeted by a generously-sized corridor featuring a comfortable sofa and a TV, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. To the right, discover a bedroom adorned with one double bed and one single bed, providing a cozy retreat for a peaceful night's sleep. Adjacent to it, a second bedroom beckons with two bunk beds and a desk, ideal for youngsters or those seeking a quiet workspace. On the left side of the entrance, another bedroom awaits with two single beds, completing the range of sleeping options. Opposite the entrance, find the well-equipped bathroom boasting a washing machine, dryer, and a shower for your convenience. The kitchen, situated to the left after the bedroom, features a table and all the necessary utensils for delightful culinary experiences. Outdoor Living: Step outside the kitchen to discover a charming patio adorned with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or simply unwinding under the clear skies. The patio also serves as the entrance to the back house, where additional bedrooms are tucked away. In this secluded space, you'll find a single bed and, in a separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed along with a baby cradle. Through the patio, access the second bathroom equipped with a shower. Climate Comfort: Air conditioning units are provided in some rooms of the main house, specifically in the spacious bedroom with the double and single beds. Daphne's house is managed by the company Bluebell Hospitality Management. The managers are at your disposal during your stay, providing concierge services and anything you need. The house is located in the heart of Chania city, so it is within walking distance of all the sights, such as the Old Port, the Nea Chora beach, the central bus station and the main street where you can find shops, supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants and cafes. Here are some of the transportation options: Buses: The central bus station is 3' walk from the house. From there you can take buses for most of the parts of the island. Taxis: Taxis are readily available and can be hailed on the main street or ordered by phone. The management company can help you order one. Car rental: If you want to explore the island at your own pace, it is recommended that you rent a car. The management company can send you prices and arrange it for you. For the reservation, it is necessary to accept the observance of the common quiet hours, especially from 11 pm to 8 am. The neighborhood consists mostly of elderly people who have a problem with noise.
