The cartlodge has been recently built and furnished to a very high standard: it is a first floor detached self-catering annexe with a double bedroom (or alternatively two twin beds), en-suite bathroom, open plan seating area with double sofa bed, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen offering a very light and airy space to enjoy in the Lincolnshire Wolds. The space The accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with lovely views to the open fields. The fully-fitted kitchen has every facility one could possibly require: complete with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The bedroom has either a double bed or two twin beds with a beautifully appointed en- suite bathroom with full length bath and power shower. All bedding and towels are provided. The sitting area has a double sofabed, large flat screen TV, Bluetooth sound bar and radio. In addition, there is a washing machine/tumble dryer, full central heating, free Wifi, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There is free private parking and guest access via a private entrance. There are 14 quite shallow steps to the accommodation which may restrict access. Guest access Guests have the sole use of the accommodation. Other things to note No pets or children, thank you.
