The rooms are located at the back side of the building and you can even access the rooms without crossing the pool area. Every room in Roula villa is equipped with a kitchenette and the equipment required for our guests to able to cook their own choice of breakfast or simple meals. Therefore the breakfast option is not available in our place. The space Roula villa has a complex of studios and apartments designed to surround a common pool area with comfortable sunbeds, Hydro-massage and a Pool Bar. The hotel is walking distance from the Beach and well as the main 4 km long beach road of Perissa beach. The hotel has a large private parking at the back side of the building.
