There are beds that can accommodate up to eight guests. The two queen beds are new and have traditional mattress and box spring. The house is situated in Bargersville, Indiana on the edge of Greenwood located in the Center Grove School District. It is located about 14 miles south of Monument Circle in Downtown Indianapolis via Meridian Avenue, which changes to State Road 135. This 1700 square foot home has charm and character with a tree filled backyard situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded be newer development. This home is one of the original homesteads in the area. This home can be rented for same day reservations, if available and accommodates business travelers. We live about 1/4 of a mile away if you need assistance or have questions during your stay. There is a Vivint Sky control access system at the house. I will send you your unique code. There is a doorbell camera. This is the only camera system at the house. If you would like to know about the capabilities of this system, please google Vivint Sky Control. We do not meet our guests upon arrival. If you would like us to meet we can coordinate that. The house is easy to use and either me or my husband will be there if you need anything. There is a manual on the entry table with information about the house. All televisions are connected to an 80 mile attic antenna, ROKU or WIFI capability, Netflix and HULU No Ads + Live TV. The home has a circular driveway that will hold 4-5 cars if you have someone visiting while you are staying here. The circular driveway gives you easy access on to Smokey Row Road. There is a newly constructed intersection at State Road 135 and Smokey Row Road with turning lanes and stoplights. There is no public bus transportation. Indianapolis airport is 22 miles from the home. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. There is a luggage rack in each of these closets. Both bedrooms have WIFI Smart TV's and also an attic antenna for local TV viewing. 32" in larger bedroom and 28" in other bedroom. There is a room off the kitchen that is the third bedroom that has two twin beds. The two beds can also be made into a king size bed, let me know what you prefer and I can prepare the beds for you before you arrive. There is a 32" Vizio Smart TV, with attic antenna, with an HDMI cable. This is where the main WIFI box is for the house. This room also has access to the backyard. There are extra blankets and sheets in the walk in closet. There are plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Please note: If you would like baby/toddler items please let us know. There is a full size foldable portable crib that can be set up in the primary bedroom. There is a high chair folded next to the desk in the dining room. There are toddler toys that are available for guests or visitors. Please let me know if you need these items and I will set them up. The living room has a gas fireplace and is connected to a family room and dining room combination. Seating for those rooms are as shown in the listing pictures. The TV in the Family Room/Dining Room has an attic Antenna that has about 30 local channels and a ROKU 3 player that has Hulu No Ads + Live TV and NETFLIX. There is wireless internet available and the password is on the entry table for you when you arrive. Note: You can only watch Sling TV on one TV at a time, per household account rules. Please call if you need any assistance with the TV programming. Instructions are next to the TV. I have snacks and kitchen pantry items available. There are plenty of dishes, pots and bake ware and utensils available. Kitchen essentials along with a toaster, Keurig ,mixer and waffle maker are available. Outside there is a gas grill and charcoal grill. There is plenty of outdoor seating including three dining areas and other relaxing areas in the yard. I set a flower and veggie garden on about 1/3 of the acre for enjoyment. There is also a pergola and seating in the garden. We have updated a large percentage of the lighting to LED throughout the house for brighter lights along with the energy savings features that it offers. There is a GFI plug behind the washer, in the kitchen and the bathroom if for some reason it goes off, just push the reset. There are carbon monoxide /smoke/fire detectors, one in the dining room and one in the bedroom with the twin beds. There is also a Vivint carbon monoxide detector by the furnace and a Vivint fire / smoke detector in the hallway. Those are also monitored by Vivint Sky Control Alarm system. If you choose to have a small fire in our fire pit ,please be responsible and attend it until it is burned out. Please enjoy the time your stay at this house, treat it as you would your own house. Bargersville has been around since 1850 and is 4.93 square miles. It has tripled in population since 2000 reaching 6,400 in 2013 and continues to grow. It is a quiet area and part of the Center Grove School district. This house is at the northern edge of Bargersville off of SR 135 about 14 miles directly south of Downtown Indianapolis which makes it convenient when coming to this area for events. From downtown you pass Greenwood which has major retailers and dining and shopping is less than a mile away. Minimum Rental Age Requirement is 21. The backyard has plenty of dining and seating areas along with a grills for use. I live 1/4 of a mile away and will be there if anything is needed. The home is situated in a very safe area the Center Grove area in Johnson County and has shopping, dining and outdoor activities nearby. This house was one of the original homes in this area and the backyard backs up to the Somerset neighborhood in Bargersville. Mallow Run Winery is nearby along with close proximity to golf courses. You can check Journey Johnson County or Around Johnson County for additional activities. There is plenty of area to take a nearby walk, enjoy the sunset and relax. The home has a circular driveway that will hold 6 cars if you have someone visiting while you are staying here. The circular driveway gives you easy access. Smokey Row and State Road 135 has a stoplight to give you easy access to get onto State Road 135. There is new retail construction that has started at this corner in Fall 2025 to add new retail and restaurants options in the upcoming years across from the Kroger shopping center. There are new restaurants that have opened near the intersection of State Road 135 and Stones Crossing. There is no public bus transportation. Indianapolis airport is 22 miles from the home. Guest access Guests will have access to home and yard. There is a fence enclosing part of the back yard and the back of the house. On the left half of the acre is a shed and active garden. Other things to note The house is on city water though on a septic system. There is a garbage bowl to use while cooking and for clearing food off dishes. There is no garbage disposal.
