This carriage house was built about 10 years ago; the space is modern and open. It’s located about 5-10 mins drive from most places in Indianapolis: downtown, Broad Ripple, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the state fairgrounds, and suburbs such as Carmel and Noblesville. The space There are 2 bedrooms, the master includes a queen bed (mattress is firm) and the second bedroom includes a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. The living room includes a pull-out full sofa bed. **For consideration before booking: some guests have noted that there is floor noise when you walk in the carriage house.** The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops; all in pristine condition. Includes all common household amenities (microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans). Coffee maker is a Keurig - coffee is generally not supplied. The space includes a washer and dryer - detergent and dryer sheets are not supplied. There’s 1 full bathroom which includes a large shower with bench seat. Towels are provided. The living room has a smart TV. There are also some social games for entertainment. The carriage house is fully accessible with an elevator entry, laminate floors throughout with no thresholds or steps in the interior. All doors are 36" wide, wheelchair accessible. Off of the living room is a balcony that overlooks the yard. Guests are welcome to use the pergola for outdoor dining and gathering around the chiminea. This is a shared space. Guests are also welcome to use backyard deck and fire table for outdoor enjoyment. there is also a hot tub available for guests (please schedule time with the host so the dog is not in the backyard 😁). Guests may park in the garage, which has one space available for a mid-sized car (e.g., Honda CR-V). A larger vehicle would be a tight fit in the garage due to the elevator shaft. Guest access Guests may use the pergola and hot tub. The hot tub must be scheduled with the host. This will help us ensure it is privately available for you at the time you'd like to use it and allows us to make sure the dog is not in the back yard when you're in the hot tub! Other things to note A Few Rules: SMOKING- Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes, cigars, vapes or any other kind of smoking in the house or on the property. A $500.00 cleaning fee will apply if we smell or find any of the above. OOPS - If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please notify us immediately. If there is a stain we cannot get out, you will either be charged for the cleaning service or the new item. RESPECT- Please be respectful of items, dirty hands on bedding and other materials.
