The space New: This apartment with own entrance is 2 bedrooms (with 2 extra pull out beds) with its own pool, directly underneath my 2 bed pool villa upstairs. It is actually superior in almost every way except the view. (1 floor lower). Featuring big open living room (featuring 65inch tv with Netflix and internet), modern kitchen, waterfall , pool, jacuzzi, and wow design features everywhere you turn. Parking outside includes parking for 2 cars and a new bike garage for 4 bikes. Other features: steps down to own front door, laundry room, and sea-view study room. Outside the front there is a small walled garden with plants. Outside the rear is a small terrace / pool with 2 sunbeds and sea view. Guest access 2 beds 3 bathrooms, pool, small study, living room..own front door...patio area with 2 sunloungers Other things to note Cleaning 2-3 x per week. Pool cleaned 2 x per week. Utility bills: Electric 6b/unit - we read the meter and will charge you for usage. ( its approx 200b pd, I subsidise 0.5b pd to allow for laundry machines. Gov rate is approx. 6.5b/unit) Water free to customers (but it costs 800b/6000L per truck) These are cost prices. We make no profit or markup on utilities. Wifi free- AIS fibre (400mbps package.) Trash - please separate recycling, crush cans and bottles and leave outside for Toni (or take to main road after 6pm nightly). Transport: Best to have transport ( Matt has 4 scooters ( Honda Giorno/Nmax/Aerox) and a car (Mazda cx3) for rent because you are up a hill. Alternatively we have used Sak's taxi service for 8 years now which is excellent. When arriving best to let us arrange your taxi to collect you. Typically (500b from airport) 7 Eleven , Foodpanda, Grab, Hangover ... food delivery apps.
