The Vinchester Inn is an 11-room boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Hermann. We offer simple, stylish, reasonably priced accommodations with private bathrooms and hotel amenities. Enjoy a King size bed with feather pillows and plush bedding. A table & chairs, mini-fridge, microwave, cable TV, Bluetooth alarm clock, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, Beekman 1802 bathroom amenities, free high-speed wifi and room-controlled AC/heat are all included. Guests have access to their room with private bathroom, free parking and common patio spaces outside. Our front desk is not staffed 24/7, but we are always just a text away should you need anything or have questions. Our manager floats between our properties and chances are you'll run into her at least once during your stay. Location doesn't get much better than ours- on a quiet street, yet right in the heart of Hermann's beautiful historic district. We are just steps from shops, bars, restaurants, museums, distilleries, breweries, Hermannhof Winery and the Amtrak station. We highly recommend parking your car for the weekend and walking/using the trolley to get around. The trolley will pick you up right in front of our building! The Hermann Trolley stops right in front of our building. For $20/day, the trolley will transport you to Hermann's top 4 wineries (Adam Puchta, Stone Hill, Oak Glenn, Hermannhof). The number to call is posted in our lobby and there is no need to schedule in advance. Super simple and fun! We also have a few Uber/taxi drivers in town. Their business cards are posted on the info board in our lobby. We are a close walk (5 min) from the Amtrak station. Free coffee and tea are available daily in the lobby. We do not serve breakfast, but can recommend some great spots within walking distance! Checking in after 7pm is not a problem, just be sure to let us know via message or by calling.
