I am located 15 minutes from BMO field! and out my front door is fort York historic fields that will home to Fifa viewing parties!!literally crawling distance! lol The space Comfy one bedroom with In suite laundry. Building amenities; Pool, Hot tub, Sauna and Gym. As well as outdoor amenities such as BBQ and hot tub on the 8th floor. The unit has both beautiful Lakefront and CN Tower views Literal steps away to and from Billy Bishop Airport. Close and convenient grocery and pharmacy shopping (Loblaws, Farm Biy & Sobeys) As this is my lived in space and not an extra vacant rental, there are some personal belongings in the unit. However they will be either tucked away or removed. I am a former Host of 4years from Vancouver. Now living in Toronto. While I have many positive reviews as a host and guest, they are connected to my Vancouver space. Which is not listied right now.
