The apartment is in Lumbrein, in the wonderful Val Lumnezia. Lumbrein is a very nice village with an original village image. The apartment offers individuals, couples and families of up to 5 people enough feel-good space to relax after an active day. The space We renovated our apartment in 2018 and completely renovated the kitchen and bathroom in addition to the sanitary facilities. It has two bedrooms with 5 beds (1 double bed, 3 single beds). In the living room there is a TV and enough space to relax. The new kitchen has a dining table where there is room for 6 people. Next to the cooking stove we have an oven and dishwasher. Our balcony offers a beautiful view towards Piz Aul. The laundry room with dryer can be used at any time. Our guests report that you particularly appreciate the good amenities of the apartment, the kitchen and the view. Families with small children will be happy about the books that are available. Our guests feel very comfortable in the apartment and report on the beautiful lumbrein and the great cheese factory in the village. The building has a garden house, which you can use for barbecuing or for a fondue. This includes a playground that the children enjoy. The apartment is well suited for small and large children. Other things to note In summer The valley offers families and athletic people a small paradise. Hiking trips to the fantastic and protected Greinaebene are part of our annual program. The valley is ideal for Weitblick mountain bike tours. From a few kilometers to the marathon distance, everything is possible. Lake Davos-Munts is not only popular with the little ones. Val Lumnezia is a place of power, ideal for recharging. If the offer in the valley is not enough, then many attractions in the Surselva are easily accessible by car. For example, Lake Cauma in Flims is highly recommended. In winter The Vella/Obersaxen ski resort is family-friendly. It has a great ski school and snow is guaranteed thanks to the snow-making facilities. Even for advanced skiers, the ski resort offers great slopes and usually plenty of space for beautiful carving turns. The area is great for snowshoeing or tours. You start directly from the apartment. The ski lifts are in Vella. You can reach them by bus (10 minutes drive). If there is enough snow, you can curve directly to Lumbrein from the ski resort and on a marked descent.
