This sunny gem is in a prime location in the friendly Mount Iron Neighbourhood. The space Nestled within the private well established gardens, is our comfortable 4-bedroom family home. With an open living, dining and kitchen space your stay is made for easy entertaining. The house is fitted with a full-sized kitchen( dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave), and BBQ on the outside verandah. We have a large log burner, wall heaters and Air conditioning to help with all seasons. We have Fast unlimited WIFI, smart TV and game console. In our separate laundry, we have both a washing machine and a dryer. The driveway allows for 3 cars. All Linen is provided. Travel Cot and Toy box is available on request. Escape to the spacious Master room upstairs, with a Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and a modern ensuite including a gorgeous claw foot bath. Downstairs is a queen room, 1 single room and a room with 2 singles(one bed is a super comfortable pull-out trundler) all are light-filled with great closet space. A Family Bathroom and separate toilet are found downstairs. The multiple exterior entrances make for easy accessibility to outdoor dining, kid's trampoline and fully fenced lush green gardens with mature fruit trees.
