From your private rooftop terrace, the view over Patong Bay is breathtaking, with the sea and sky shifting in color throughout the day. The space The condo’s entrance is on the first level, and the hillside design gives the living room sweeping views over Patong Bay, rising above the tropical treetops along the coast. On this same floor, you’ll find the first bedroom with its own bathroom and a king-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality European appliances, and there is an additional guest toilet for convenience. A staircase leads to the rooftop lounge, an ideal spot to unwind and take in the sea views. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, full air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. The décor throughout is modern and tastefully curated. Guest access The condo is located inside a gated private residence. The whole unit is yours. The pool and gym are shared, but there is hardly anyone else using them. There is parking space for your car or scooters. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our rate is fully inclusive. There are no additional Airbnb service fees, and check-out cleaning as well as high-speed WiFi are included. Children and infants are welcome. We can provide a baby cot and high chair upon request. Children up to 12 years old staying in an existing bed stay free of charge. A 5,000 THB security deposit is collected at check-in and fully refunded at check-out following a property inspection. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per guest. Weekly make-up cleaning with linen and towel changes is included. Once your booking is confirmed, we will open a group chat on your preferred messaging app and send all arrival details. During your stay, you can reach us through the chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any assistance. Our team is responsive, friendly, and always happy to help. Our private driver can pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the property for 1,200 THB. We can welcome you at any time—day or night—for check-in. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/kWh. We will take a photo of the meter at check-in and check-out. Normal usage averages around 170 THB per bedroom per day (air-conditioning during the night only). Leaving the air-conditioning on while you are away may add approximately 250 THB. This policy helps us avoid energy waste and protect our beautiful island.
