The space The Mermaid Suite is a cozy private guest suite. Complete with a Queen size bed, walk in closet space, a large comfy couch and sitting chair in the open living area, a full size kitchenette complete with coffee bar, microwave, full fridge, oven, breakfast bar and bar stools, table and chairs, and a spacious comfy walk in bathroom. A fun space, romantic if you choose, a sense of humor, luxury on a country setting. Walk out the front door from your suite to any of the outdoor areas, pond, pool, hot tub, tiki bar... or just swing on the porch. PLEASE READ: There are two guest houses on our small 5 acre resort style property. They are each on opposite sides of the main building. The pool area and hot tub area are shared with our private guests only. Please inquire if you would like information on the other guest house, The Dragon Den! It sleeps 4 adults. NOTE: please note that the grounds are available for walking. In that light, please be sure that you are physically capable of walking on lawns with typical uneven terrain, and going up and down minimal steps to the various decks. Guest access You have your own private entrance, keyless entry. Your code is emailed to you the morning of your arrival. Door codes are active at check in time of 4:00 pm unless otherwise agreed upon. We do require a brief Rental Agreement which will be emailed to you after you book your dates. You can read and sign it electronically. Once we receive the Rental Agreement, you will start receiving emails with all the directions and information about your room, including the door code. You have 2 private parking spaces conveniently right in front of the Mermaid Suite. No children and no pets accepted. Other things to note Filled with indoor and outdoor amenities.
