Guest access The home is accessed via an electric lock with a unique code, which will be shared with guests after booking. There is a key fob inside the apartment for direct access to the beach and gym. Guests are entitled to 1 free parking spot onsite. This listing is professionally managed for maximum hospitality. Other things to note No Pets. No Parties. No Events. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $100 per person per night.
