We live in a detached villa on high ground with good air quality.This accommodation is unique as it forms part of our property and has complete privacy . There are private patios with sun beds for sunbathing during the summer months.We also have an indoor heated pool ., open from June to October There are many shops ,food stores, bars, restaurants and bus stops within walking distance.Nearest villages :are Mosta, Birkirkara , Lija and Msida . University a bus ride away. The space Our detached villa is located in one of the best residential locations in Malta. This location is designated as" Villa Area Only" . There are no blocks of apartments or commercial premises . It is exclusively a residential area . Street parking is not a problem if you decide to rent a car. Guest access patios with sun beds , a table and chairs, drying clothes area in the garden . Indoor heated swimming pool ,open from June to October , from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 9pm. Once a week we organise a table tennis evening , normally on Mondays . All guests are wellcome to join in this fun social evening between 6.30pm to 9pm . Any guests who do not play table tennis are welcome to join in and socialise . Other things to note Please note that the Malta Tourism Authority charge every tourist staying in Malta a nominal fee amounting to .50cents per night stay for a maximum of 10 nights. So the maximum payment can only be euros 5 per guest. We as hosts must levy this fee to all our guests . We will issue you with a fiscal receipt which you must keep with you during your stay in case you are requested to prove payment .
