The 41 sqm apartment has a wardrobe in the entrance area. There is also a built-in closet and a safe for your personal belongings. The new bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, towel dryer, a rain shower and washing machine. A cosmetic mirror is of course also provided. The open fully equipped kitchen can be accessed via the living area. The light-flooded living room is equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix, a high-quality sofa bed for max. 2 people, an armchair and a small side table. From the dining table, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area. To provide you with a healthy and comfortable sleep, I have invested in a box spring bed from Schlaraffia in the sleeping area. The bed has two different degrees of hardness so that you can start the day relaxed in the morning. For personal items, a sideboard is also at your disposal. On the spacious south-facing balcony, you can end the day with a glass of wine in the evening. The Internet is of course available free of charge throughout the apartment via Wi-Fi and VDSL. Other things to note To make you feel comfortable even during a long-term stay with us, the apartment will be completely cleaned every 14 days for an additional fee (€60) and a linen exchange (bed linens and towels) will be made. You can then pay this fee pay at check-in.
