The space Heaven's View is a beautiful 3 bedroom home in Blowing Rock that offers stunning views of Grandfather Mountain! A lot of time and care has been put into bringing this home up to speed with today's farmhouse chic style that everyone loves! The kitchen has nice stainless appliances, butcher-block countertops and it stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. There are two stools at the bar for quick eating and 6 chairs at the dining table for a family meal with loved ones. Over into the living room you will find a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV and nice leather couches. There are many windows allowing you to admire the pretty view outside! The master bedroom is on the main level and features a king bed. The full bathroom is in the hall and features a tiled shower with glass doors. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen and twin bed and the other with a king bed. In the hall upstairs there is a twin daybed built into the wall. These spaces will share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Total sleeping space for 8 people. Outside is surely to be your favorite spot while staying at Heaven's View. There is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs around. Enjoy a cool summer or fall evening in the new hot tub, by the fire with your favorite beverage and smores kit. Additional notes: - This home is accessed by a steep road and 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommend during winter months. - Internet is currently Satellite-based with a monthly data cap. It's adequate for checking emails and general web browsing but should NOT be used for streaming, videos, or gaming activities. Depending on your phone carrier, your cell phone signal may or may not work in this location. Verizon is the best coverage here. If your wireless plan supports it you can use your phone's data as a hotspot. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - This property has one exterior security camera mounted on the left side of the deck monitoring the driveway only. No cameras are monitoring the interior of the home or common gathering areas. Rules • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home allows up to 2 mature dogs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
