Please note the bedroom is accessed via a short corridor and three steps and is not separated by a door. The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen, while the bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private porch for slow breakfasts or relaxed evenings, as well as access to a shared pool and garden. The fenced pool and garden areas are shared with the main house, which is occupied by the owners part of the year, ensuring both privacy and a well-maintained environment. Guests also have access to two bicycles, including one equipped with a toddler/baby seat, ideal for exploring the area at a relaxed pace. The cottage is equipped with excellent Wi-Fi, suitable for remote work or longer stays. Families with children are very welcome, and the layout and enclosed outdoor spaces make it particularly well suited for a relaxed family stay. Guest access Guests have access to the pool (fenced for child safety), sun loungers, and the outdoor dining patio. The pool area is shared with the main house, which is occupied by the family for part of the year. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the fresh herb garden, with seasonal herbs such as mint, sage, thyme and rosemary. Two bicycles are available for guest use, including one equipped with a toddler/baby seat — ideal for exploring the area at a relaxed pace. Free parking is available directly outside the property. Other things to note Daily cleaning can be arranged (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends) for an additional fee of €20 per day.
