This large bedroom is the most spacious in the house. Lots of storage and a huge desk. A comfortable leather movie recliner is situated in the room. This is a great private suite to stay in. The kitchen is just outside the room. The bathroom is shared, as well as the backyard, laundry, and common spaces. There is an excellent view of the bay from the grand patio deck. The fridge, microwave, and dining area are available. Cleaning on a bi-weekly basis is included. NO SMOKING! The space This entire home is for individual room rentals. The host DOES NOT live here. The space was renovated in 2017 with new floors, paint, and carpet. This six-bedroom house is split into 2 floors with separate kitchens, living rooms, and dining areas. At maximum occupancy, you will encounter 2 people on your floor since each room is single occupancy. The home has three baths, free car parking, and stunning San Francisco bay views. There is a stunning patio deck with furniture and a backyard for guests to enjoy. The air quality is the best in the bay due to the green hills and elevation. BART is a 12-minute drive and the California State University East Bay is within walking distance so it is great for any students. Also, we are improving all the amenities as we notice. Car parking. Dining table, sleeping sofa, other furniture! During your stay I am staying very walking distance from guests so they can call me .. and I will be there always! Other things to note The cleaning charge is for guests to receive a clean room upon arrival. Also bedding will be all washed and cleaned, but throughout the stay guests will be washing as they need. The common area will be cleaned every two weeks and if guests need extra cleaning they can use their own supplies. One set of clean towels will be given and washed as guests need. Cell phone service is not very well in the hills. (Verizon & T-Mobile are the best) Single occupancy; any additional guest will have to be approved. The charge will be $35 per person per night. Animals are not allowed (including service animals) due to permanent guests who have severe allergies. Toilet paper and paper towels will not be provided for any stays longer than 5 days.
