As a walkout basement it remains completely cool and comfortable all summer, while the in-floor heat keeps it cozy all winter. There are two large and well appointed bedrooms(1 King and 1 Queen), as well as a sectional in the living room that quickly convert to a queen. The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and hotplate but no stove or oven due to regulations. The dining table comfortably seats 6 for enjoying meals or doubling as a home office. The living area has a large sectional couch, 55" TV, High Speed WiFi. The bathroom has a deep tub for bathing, shower, and a Toto bidet for the adventurous. Adjacent to the entrance is an outdoor terrace with fire pit, picnic table for enjoying the fresh air, forest, and mountain views. There is a large utility room, shared with your hosts, with plentiful secure storage for gear(bikes, skis/boards), modern laundry facilities, recycling centre, etc.. which connects the two suites. There is ample parking in the driveway or on the street. Check my host reviews for the rest of the property as the suite listing is relatively new. Guest access Guests have full access to the suite, the laundry/gear room, and the yard. Other things to note The property is the owner's primary residence and family home so some personal items remain in the common areas.
