La Casa di Perpy is a historic apartment at guests' complete disposal, located in the heart of downtown Ivrea. Within walking distance you will find the typical squares that are symbolic of the well-known historical Carnival, the Hospital, the Savoy Castle, the train station, the World Canoe Stadium and the Olivettian Places, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; ideal as a pleasant stop for walkers on the Via Francigena. The space The large two-room apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator, in a historic Ivorian building. Perpy's house will host you in a renovated and welcoming environment. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a living room entrance with a large windowed living area, divided into a first dining area with a 4-seater extendable table, to be able to spend pleasant lunches and dinners. The kitchen offers you every comfort, various utensils, gas, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, moka pot and kettle. Continuing in the living area, you will find a windowed area with original exposed beams, with a large sofa bed, an LCD TV and a luggage rack; all this to be able to comfortably relax and regenerate. You then enter the double bedroom (equipped with sheets, blankets and hypoallergenic duvet) with an opening onto the livable balcony, which overlooks the historic pedestrian street via Arduino. The room is equipped with a built-in wardrobe (where you will find other pillows for your comfort), a dresser, TV and sockets. The bathroom has a window, with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and a set of towels of different sizes. It will be independently accessible from both the double bedroom and the living area. The heating is autonomous with a condensing boiler. The apartment is equipped with functional fans. Other things to note As of 10/01/2022, with City Council Resolution No. 34, a tourist tax was established, in the amount of €1.75 per person over the age of 12, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
