In the heart of Vendée, between sea, forest and marsh... 35 minutes from the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne, 45 minutes from Puy du Fou and 50 minutes from Nantes or La Rochelle, located in a natural heritage, fauna and flora bocagère, contemporary studio of 25 m² including 1 double bed of 160 cm, 1 equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer, toilet, WIFI, 1 private terrace and free parking. Bright interior, equipped with a CMV, bath towels are provided. The space A Nespresso is available with 1 capsule offered per day/person. Other capsules and different choices are available at €0.50/capsule. Please note, for comfort reasons, the space is not suitable for a couple with children. We love pets, but they are not allowed. Your little animal can easily go underneath and get lost there. If you are 3 or 4 people, you can rent an equivalent studio, adjoining, also visible on Airbnb. Due to the size of the studio (25 m²) and the current layout of the premises, access and traffic unfortunately do not allow a person in a wheelchair to be accommodated in comfortable and safe conditions.
