Tranquil setting 900m high on the Slovenian Austrian border. Lunch on the terrace overlooking the Drava River, swim in the beautiful lakes or an adventure in the woods & fields around the house. Large balcony with eating area for perfect summer lunches in the sun. Stunning views across the Pohorje mountains through the french windows and large mezzanine window. Enjoy mountain living at its best! The house is surrounded by its own grounds, woodlands and meadow. The 1st Floor consists of 2 well-appointed double bedrooms, a mezzanine sleeping or children's play area, a bathroom with bath and a balcony. The ground floor has an additional double bedroom, a large living-space which is comfortably furnished with modular seating and outstanding views across the valley. There is a plentiful supply of wood for the fire and a projector for movie nights. The kitchen dinner is spacious and is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of cooking utensils for creative cooks. There is an outdoor dining terrace and garden. Take a few short steps and you will find yourself in woodland and meadows and maybe you will spot a deer or hare. The basement has an on-suite backup double sofabed bedroom and a large garage which has 4 mountain bikes you are welcome to use. There is also a utility room with washing and drying machine. The house has full central heating and underfloor heating in the bathrooms, basement bedroom and reception area. We realise that 80 Euro seems a lot to clean the house but this is how much is costs us and we don't hide the costs in the nightly rate. It is a remote large house and we like to have it cleaned to the highest standard. In addition to being cleaned after every stay the house is deep cleaned every quarter. We recommend you stay longer to reduce the nightly cost ;) Guest access Guest have full access to the house including garden with hammock, 4 mountain bikes and garden games. Other things to note Dravograd is a 10 minute drive down the hill which has a Spar. bakery and cafes with great ice cream. It is a tough cycle up the hill so you will need a car but once you are up you won't want to leave.
