Taipei NTNU B&W Room located near Mandarin Training Center, NTNU & next to the famous night market in Taipei ShiDa night market. Whether you are just traveling or planning to stay a while for work or study. If you are Int'l students, our flat is an ideal location for you. Surrounded by stores & restaurants. flat near to MRT Taipower Building station exit 3, (4F no elevator). We have mostly long term NTU, NTNU, NTUST & NCCU students in our flat. The space It's a 5 bedrooms Apartment. Shared kitchen, dining hall, hallway, living room and two shared bathrooms. The room has a bed, a desk, a chair , pillow , blanket & a big closet ! The house consists of a big fully equipped kitchen & dinner hall with refrigerator & washing machine. Guest access Before leaving the apartment, make sure you don't forget purse, Keys and Phone. Turn off the A/C, lights & cooking stove. No smoking at apartment please. Don’t make noise at night after 9 PM. During your stay Taipei is generally speaking a safe place, and my area is consider to be safer than other areas. You can take a walk to the near by park whenever you feel like it. Other things to note For long term two months security deposit. Lose the house keys will be charged you NT$ 1000. (Self-Cleaning). We at 4th floor no elevator. Do let us know what time you arrive in Taipei at least two hour so we can come over to help you out open the door & give you keys. Please keep noise volume down, especially early mornings and late night to respect our other guests.
