Sleeps 20. This 5000 sq. ft. home located right on Playa Encanto Beach.. The only thing you need to bring is your own towels, and briquettes for the BBQ. It is located approx. 15 min. drive time from the main part of town. There are AC units in every room. The house has beds for 20 people. There is a huge fire pit outside on the beach side for roasting hot dogs / marshmallows, etc. You bring your own wood. There is a 40" Vizio TV with Netflix. Free WiFi on site. Bring own water toys. The space We are hands on - we are the owners of the property. You are free to call us for any reason. Maintenance man and cleaning lady are on the beach M-F all day, and Sat. til 1 pm, but not on Sunday. Other things to note There is a $200 cleaning fee, plus a $200 water delivery fee - this will show up as a $400 cleaning fee on AirBnB.
